The Design team at PwC Norway has, for more than two decades, played a defining role in establishing the field of Service Design both nationally and internationally. Our team has had a central role in designing some of the world's most ambitious brands and services. We have been at the forefront of solving complex problems and understanding user challenges through creative and user focussed design methodologies.
Our service designers in tandem with our national health network of more than 100 consultants have been actively engaging with various central actors in the Norwegian health sector and contributing immensely to innovating the sector. Our rich experience of understanding the barriers and challenges to innovation in the public sector equips us in effectively understanding and mitigating the complexities of public services.
The Design Thinking mindset and focus on user experience lies at the heart of our purpose of solving important problems and building trust in society. As a partner in CCSDI, we look forward to further this through sharing our experience and contributing to the development of the field of Service Design.
