ST.OLAVS HOSPITAL  - REGIONAL CENTER FOR HEALTH CARE IMPROVEMENT

The Center for Health Care Improvement (RSHU) ensures high quality competence, good patient flow, and resource optimisation at St. Olavs hospital, Helse Nord-Trøndelag and Helse Møre og Romsdal. The center provides further development of the collaboration between the specialist and primary healthcare providers in the region.

The Regional Center for Health Care improvement provides:

•    decision-making support, both
     locally and regionally, concerning 
    the organisation and its activities
•    the implementation of standard 
    patientcare in central Norway
•    effective use of resources by 
    assisting with activity and 
    staffing analysis in the region
•    optimal collaboration between 
    primary and special healthcare 
    providers
