CLUSTER FOR CO-CREATIVE SERVICE DESIGN AND INNOVATION (CCSDI)

The CCSDI cluster was formed in 2017, with funding from the Norwegian Research Council. The cluster has been funded for four years (until June 2022). This website, with information out the CoReflect Toolkit, which was developed by members of the cluster, CCSDI conferences, the CCSDI podcast, and other related projects by CCSDI-members, will be available until summer 2024. 

The cluster consisted of a group of 16 partners, representing primary and specialist healthcare instances, the service design industry, patient organisations, researchers on service design, ICT, technology management, nursing science, and medicine. Our primary objective is to explore, document and evaluate Co-Creative Service Design as an approach to innovation with the intention to support more successful innovations in health care.
